The portal on your phone

Install the portal on your home screen and use it like an app: its own icon, full screen, and controls built for your thumb.

The portal installs on your phone like an app. There is nothing to download from a store: the browser installs it from the page itself. It gets its own icon on the home screen, opens full screen — no address bar — and starts straight on the dashboard.

Installing it

  1. iPhone and iPad

Open it in Safari — on iPhone it only works from Safari, not from Chrome — tap the Share button (the square with the up arrow) and choose Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name and you are done.

  2. Android

In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen). Chrome often offers it on its own, with a banner at the bottom.

  3. Computer

In Chrome or Edge an install icon appears in the address bar. It becomes its own window, with no tabs and no bar.

Installed does not mean offline
The installed portal needs the internet just like the web page does: what it shows is live information —calls, conversations, campaigns— and it does not keep a copy for working without a signal. With no connection it will not work. What you gain is opening it in one tap, the full screen, and an icon of its own.

What changes when you use it with your thumb

  • It reaches the edges, and anything resting at the bottom —the save bar, a drawer buttons, a recording player— leaves the phone own bar clear: it no longer sits under the iPhone home indicator.
  • It does not zoom when you type: fields are at the size the iPhone needs so it will not magnify the page when you tap one. Before, the page jumped and you had to pinch your way back.
  • Switches and checkboxes take a thumb, not aim: the touch area is the recommended one, even though the control you see is the same size as always.
  • The menu opens wide, with names. If you left it collapsed to a strip of icons on your computer, on the phone it still opens in full — a strip of unlabelled icons is unreadable on a small screen.
  • Lists with many columns scroll sideways inside their own frame, without moving the whole page.
Drawing a flow asks for screen
Adding blocks, moving them and joining them with arrows needs a large screen. On the phone the canvas opens read-only: you can move around it and tap a block to see or change its settings.
Does it update itself?

Yes. It is the same portal, so every time you open it the latest version is already there: there is nothing to update by hand.

Will it alert me when my phone is locked?

Not yet. There are no system notifications; alerts appear inside the portal, with the portal open.

What if I uninstall it?

Nothing happens to your information: it lives in your account, not on the phone. Uninstall it like any app and you can go back in from the browser.
