Billing and plan
Understand your plan, your minutes and lines, how to change plans, and how calls are billed.
Your plan defines how many voice minutes, simultaneous lines, and features you have. From Settings → Billing you can see your usage, change your plan, and manage your payment method.
- Minutes — your balance for the cycle, good for calls and for meetings. The meter in the side menu shows how much you've used and, if you used both, where each part went.
- Lines — how many simultaneous calls you can run. You can buy additional lines if you need more.
- Plan changes — when upgrading or downgrading, the difference is prorated automatically.
- No VAT — it's a cloud service; charges carry no VAT. Amounts in dollars are charged at the day's exchange rate.
Billing is only visible to roles with that permission. If you created an "assistant" role without payment access, that person won't see this section.
If you use more than one product, the breakdown tells you where your balance went: calls, meetings and WhatsApp share the same pool of minutes, and each one consumes at its own rate.
One pool, three products
A minute of meeting and a WhatsApp reply convert to plan minutes at a rate you can see on the screen. That way you do not manage three balances: you have one, and you choose what to spend it on.If you pay by bank transfer
Some contract customers pay by bank transfer instead of card. In that case nothing is charged automatically: when your cycle closes you get the invoice by email, with the amount and a due date to send the transfer.
- When your cycle closes you receive the email with the invoice and the due date.
- Two days before the due date you get a reminder, if we have not recorded the transfer yet.
- Past the due date the account is suspended: inbound and outbound calls are cut off until the payment is recorded.
Send us the receipt
A transfer is not reconciled automatically against the bank statement: someone on our team records it by hand. If you send the receipt as soon as you transfer, the account is up to date the same day and never gets suspended.
