Playground and web widget

Test your agents from the browser and add a voice button to your website so your visitors can talk to the AI.

The Playground is your test bench: talk to any agent from the browser, without using phone minutes or a number. Perfect for fine-tuning the script before you publish.

Playground
Run a web call with your agent and review the results.

What if the call fails?

A call may never become a conversation for many reasons, and the Playground tells you which one. While it dials you will see Ringing…; when someone picks up, They answered; and if it never got established, the panel shows you the reason instead of leaving you guessing.

  • No answer — it rang and nobody picked up.
  • Busy / Declined — the destination was on another call, or turned it down.
  • Carrier failure — the call never reached the destination because of a phone network problem.
  • The agent did not join — the problem was on our side, not the destination. It does not use up your attempt with that contact.
  • No channels available — your plan already has all of its simultaneous calls in use: wait for one to finish.
  • No confirmation — a long while passed and the destination gave no signal. If nothing shows up, the call was not established.
While the call is in progress the call button waits and Hang up appears, so test calls do not pile up without you noticing. When it finishes, the full detail (recording, transcript and analysis) stays in Calls.

The widget for your website

A floating button that opens your agent right on your page: visitors can talk by voice or chat by text, with nothing to install. It goes live with a single line of code from the Widget tab of the agent editor.

  • Customize it from the portal — color, light or dark theme (or automatic, following the visitor's preference), welcome message, emoji avatar, and button style: microphone bubble or labeled pill. Changes apply on their own, no need to re-copy the code.
  • Live preview — the Widget tab shows the panel exactly as your visitor sees it while you configure it, including a sample conversation.
  • Built for mobile — on small screens the widget opens full-screen, like a messaging app, with smooth animations.
  • Live conversation — replies appear word by word, the voice orb reacts to real audio, and in chat the agent can answer with formatting (lists, bold).
  • You can collect details before starting (name, email) or pass them via code if your page already knows them.
A web call uses the visitor's microphone and doesn't consume phone minutes: it's voice over the internet, with the same agent quality.
If the conversation has a time limit, the visitor sees a heads-up 60 seconds before it ends — no surprise cutoffs. And if the service isn't available, the widget explains it in their language.
If something fails, your visitor gets a clear notice in their own language: that there is a lot of demand, that the assistant reached its daily limit, that you are outside business hours, or that the connection dropped. They are never told anything about your account —not your plan, your usage or your settings—: only you see that, in the portal. And if a chat message does not go through, the bubble says so and offers to retry instead of looking sent.
