Flow templates
Seven ready-made flows for the most common cases: what each one does, what you have to choose before publishing it and how to start from a template.
Flows → Templates has ready-made flows, with their texts, triggers and drawing. Each one shows the beginning of its drawing —the first blocks, readable— and Use this template creates a new flow as a draft and turned off: review it, adjust the texts to your business and publish it. Its triggers come already set up and only act once you turn the flow on.

At the top you filter by industry (Financials, Health, Construction, Technology…) and by use case. Each template says what you have to choose before publishing —Before publishing, choose: an approved WhatsApp template, a person on the team or an assistant— or Ready to publish: just review the texts.
The seven templates
- Welcome with a menu
Greets first-time writers with a three-option menu. Open questions go to the assistant, and asking for someone on the team respects business hours. Starts with the first message. Ready to publish.
- Appointment reminder and confirmation
When an appointment is booked, it waits until the day before, sends the reminder and asks to confirm, reschedule or cancel. It tags every answer and tells the team when someone cancels. Before publishing, choose the approved reminder template, with the person’s name as its first parameter.
- Follow-up when the person stops replying
If a conversation with the assistant goes quiet for two hours, it reaches out again: carry on, talk to someone on the team or finish. With no reply in 24 hours, it tags and closes. Ready to publish.
- Satisfaction survey
Asks for a 1 to 5 score with buttons and saves it on the contact record. When the score is low, it asks what to improve and tells the team with the comment. It is started by hand from the inbox or by adding the “Send survey” tag. Ready to publish.
- Lead qualification
Three short questions —what they need, their company and when— save the lead on the contact record. Those buying this month go to sales; the rest are tagged for nurturing. Starts with the keyword “quote” or by hand. Before publishing, choose the person who handles hot leads (or the team queue).
- Customer reactivation
Writes with a template to people who have not bought in a while and offers them what is new. If they are interested, the assistant takes over; if they do not reply, it tries once more three days later and stops. Started by hand or through the API. Before publishing, choose the two approved templates: the first message and the second attempt.
- Friendly payment collection
Your system starts it through the API with the amount and the due date (
disparo_montoanddisparo_vence). It sends the payment notice and offers three ways out: already paid, pay another day (saves the payment promise) or ask the team for a plan. Before publishing, choose the two approved templates for the notice and the second notice, with the name, the amount and the due date as parameters.
If none fits, Start from scratch creates an empty flow, with its start.
