Getting around the portal
The menu organized by channel, its three states and shortcuts, breadcrumbs and the back button, and Search or jump to… (⌘K) to reach any screen without leaving the keyboard.
The portal is organized by channel. The menu sits on the left; at the top, the bar shows breadcrumbs that tell you where you are, plus the Search or jump to… box. No address changed: the links you had saved still work.
The menu, in two tiers

- Home, at the very top: the dashboard with your calls, minutes and agents.
- Channels — how you talk to your customers: Calls (Live, History, Campaigns, Numbers and Appointments), WhatsApp (Inbox, Templates and Connection), Meetings and Email.
- Shared · all channels — what works across every channel at once: Agents (My agents, Test area and Knowledge base), Automation (Flows, Integrations and Secrets) and Contacts.
Groups expand when you tap their name, and only one is open at a time: opening another closes the previous one, and when you land on a screen its group opens on its own. A closed group still tells you what matters: Calls shows a dot and "N live" when calls are in progress, and WhatsApp shows how many conversations are unread.
Your organization and Settings
- At the top of the menu is your organization row: its name, your plan —or your trial balance if you are trying the product— and a thin meter of how much you have used. Tap it to open a menu with your minutes this month, channels in use (and Manage channels), Usage & billing and See plans, depending on your permissions.
- At the bottom of the menu is Settings, with its sections one tap away: Profile, Billing, Calendar, Team, Roles and Audit log — each one shows up only if your role can use it. Calendar opens the Meetings section of Settings, where you connect your calendar for meetings.
- Copilot is no longer in the menu: open it from its button in the top bar, marked Beta. On narrow screens the button shows just the icon.
The three menu states
- Expanded — with the name of every screen. The classic view.
- Collapsed — a narrow strip with one icon per group. Hover an icon (or reach it with the keyboard, or tap it) and a flyout menu opens beside it with that group's screens. Live call and unread message alerts stay visible on the icon.
- Hidden — the menu disappears and the content uses the full width. To bring it back, use the menu button in the top bar or the shortcut.
The menu button sits on the left of the top bar: with the menu expanded it collapses it, and when collapsed or hidden it brings it back. The portal remembers how you left it for the next time you sign in.
- ⌘\ on Mac, Ctrl+\ on Windows and Linux: expand or collapse the menu.
- ⌘⇧\ on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+\ on Windows and Linux: hide or show the menu.
- ⌘K on Mac, Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux: open Search or jump to… (see below).
On a tablet and on your phone
- Tablet — the icon strip stays in place and, when you tap the menu button, the full menu opens on top of the content with a dimmed backdrop. Tap the backdrop or press Esc to close it.
- Phone — the menu opens as a drawer from the ☰ button in the bar, with large rows made for your thumb. If there are live calls or unread messages, the ☰ carries a dot so you know without opening it. On your phone, the language switch moves into your profile menu.
Breadcrumbs and the back button
The top bar always tells you where you are: Group / Page / Detail —for example Calls / Campaigns / Detail; on an agent, a flow or a template, the last step is its name—. The earlier steps can be tapped to go up a level. In Settings the first step is Settings, and on Meetings, Email or Contacts, which have no group, the breadcrumbs start with the page.
On a detail screen —a campaign, a meeting, a flow, an agent, a WhatsApp template— a ← button appears on the left. It takes you back to the list you came from, at the same spot in the list where you left it. Screens that are already a list have no ←: there is nowhere to go back to.
- If you are editing something unsaved —a flow, an agent, a template— the ← asks before leaving, just like any other way out.
- If you reached the detail from a link (an email, a notification), the ← still takes you to its list, without leaving the portal.
- On your phone, on a detail screen the ← takes the place of the ☰, and the bar shows the list › the page on two lines so you know where you will go back to.
Search or jump to… (⌘K)

Tap Search or jump to… in the top bar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux), and type where you want to go. It works everywhere in the portal, including inside Copilot. It has three parts:
- Recent — the last 5 menu screens you visited, newest first.
- Actions — shortcuts to the most common tasks: Create agent, New campaign, Connect WhatsApp, Open test area and Add number. You only see the ones your role is allowed to do.
- Go to — every screen you can see, each with its group next to it (for example, History · Calls), plus Copilot and the Settings sections. Inbox shows how many conversations you have unread.
Search ignores accents and capitalization and understands the long name, the short name and the group name: "campaign", "history" or "whatsapp" all get you there. Move with the arrow keys, open with Enter and close with Esc.
Where did the Playground go?
It is in the Agents group, under the name Test area. It is the same screen at the same address; you can also open it from ⌘K with Open test area.
Where is Copilot?
In the top bar, on the button marked Beta. It also shows up in ⌘K.
I hid the menu and cannot find it.
Tap the menu button on the left of the top bar, or press ⌘⇧\ (Ctrl+Shift+\ on Windows and Linux).
Why can't I see a whole group?
Because your role has no permission for any of its screens. Ask whoever manages the account to adjust your role in Settings → Roles.
