Integrations and secrets

Enlassa AI connects to the rest of your tools in two ways: webhooks (we notify you when something happens) and API calls (the agent reads from or writes to your systems during the conversation).

Webhooks

A webhook is an automatic notification to a URL of yours when an event occurs (a call ended, a campaign finished). Every notification is signed, so you can verify it came from us. You can test deliveries and review the delivery history: Test sends a sample event and, if the webhook receives more than one event that can be tested, you choose which.

• Call analyzed — a call ended and its summary and analysis are ready.
• Campaign started and Campaign finished — with contacted and failed totals.
• Meeting summarized — the meeting ended and its summary is ready.
• Appointment booked and Appointment not booked — the second one matters most: someone is expecting something that never got scheduled.
• Usage at 80%, Plan limit reached and Spend cap reached — your plan notices.
• Trial exhausted — the free trial balance ran out, through calls, meetings or WhatsApp replies.
• WhatsApp — account disconnected, template status changed, number quality, conversation handed to the team and conversation closed. They only reach organization webhooks; the details are in the WhatsApp guide, Integrations tab.

Secrets

The secrets vault stores, encrypted, the credentials your agents need to query your APIs (for example, your CRM token). The agent uses them without ever exposing them: they are referenced by name, never shown in plain text.
