Getting started

From zero to your first AI call in under 5 minutes: create your account, build your agent, and try it with your own phone.

Enlassa AI gives you AI-powered voice agents that answer and place calls for your business: they remind customers about payments, qualify leads, book appointments, and answer questions — with a natural voice, in your language.

Free trial
When you sign up you get 20 free voice minutes, no credit card required. That is more than enough to build your first agent and make several test calls. It is a single balance: if you connect your WhatsApp, each text reply from your agent draws 3 seconds, so used only in writing it is good for 400 replies (voice notes draw more).

Create your account and your first agent

  1. Sign up

Go to portal.enlassa.ai → "Create account". You can use your email (we send you a verification code) or your Google/Microsoft account.

  2. Tell us about your business

The welcome assistant asks for your company name, industry, country, and language. With that, the agent "knows" your business from the very first greeting.

  3. Pick a use case

Collections, lead qualification, receptionist, or surveys: each template ships production-ready, with a battle-tested script and a curated voice. You can customize everything afterwards.

  4. Try it instantly

Talk to your agent from the browser with one click, or have it call your cell phone — the first call to your phone is free.

Finding your way around

  • Operate (left menu): Home, Agents, Live, Calls, Campaigns, and Copilot — your day-to-day.
  • Build: Playground, Knowledge base, Numbers, Integrations, and Secrets — for building and connecting.
  • Top right: search (⌘K), documentation, language, light/dark theme, notifications (the bell: live call alerts), and your profile with Settings and System status.

In your profile you choose the theme: Light, Dark or System (it follows your computer or phone setting, and switches on its own if your device goes dark at night). The sun and moon button flips quickly between light and dark. And when you hover —or reach with the keyboard— a button that only has an icon, it tells you what it does.

Tabs work with the keyboard: the arrow keys move from one to the next (and Home and End jump to the first and last); if there are more tabs than fit, arrows appear on the sides.

Confirmations tell you when something failed
Before deleting something (a number, a role, a teammate, a secret) the platform asks you to confirm in its own dialog. If the action fails, the dialog stays open with the reason and you can retry, instead of closing as if it had worked.
Everything your agent does is logged: a word-for-word transcript, the audio recording, an automatic summary, and the data it captured during the conversation.
